Master Ceasar S. Turingan is a distinguished teacher and a master of Filipino Martial Arts and Karate and Muaythai, known for his dedication, expertise and contributions to both education and the world of self-defense. Born in Pasay City, Philippines in 1975, Ceasar Grew up in a community where personal discipline and respect were highly valued. Inspired at an early aged by his father a local security guard and amateur boxer from Cagayan Valley, Ceasar discovered a passion for teaching and martial arts that would shape his life’s path.
At age 8, Ceasar began practicing boxing with his father Domingo Bunagan Turingan, thou there was not a proper gym they could train they ended up training on their backyard. At aged 12, he was invited to train at JKA-Malibay (Japan Karate Association) under Sensei Vito Logan. and Arnis, the National Martial Arts of the Philippines, under the mentorship of Modern Arnis Grand Master Ernesto Presas Sr.
His rigor, natural talent, and perseverance led him to expand his skills in disciplines such as Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Judo, BJJ, Wrestling, Muaythai and MMA. By his early twenties, Ceasar had earned Black Belts in Multiple styles and had started assisting GM Presas in giving lessons to students of all ages.
Recognizing the value of both Physical and intellectual development, Ceasar pursued a degree of Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Lyceum of the Philippines and after that took a Physical Education course at Pamantasan Lungsod ng Maynila NCPE. ended doing double degree course. He became a school teacher, integrating his martial arts philosophy-discipline, respect, humility, and perseverance-into his classrooms. He soon earned a reputation for motivating students not only academically but also in character and personal growth.
Ceasar went on to open his own Martial Arts school, named Destiny Training Center in 2018. There he developed a curriculum blending traditional Filipino martial arts with modern self-defense techniques and character-building lessons. His holistic approach attracted students from all walks of life, including children, adults, law enforcements, and educators. Many of his students have gone on to become instructors, community and business leaders on their own right.
Throughout his career, Master Ceasar S. Turingan has received various honors including the Top 10 FMA Hall of Fame award by Congressman now, President Ferdinand Bong Bong Marcos in 2012, and Top 100 FMA from Punong Lakan, Garitony Pet Nicolas. He is regularly invited to conduct seminars, workshops, and demonstrations both locally and internationally.
Off the mat, Ceasar is a Businessman and Security Training Instructors and an advocate for youth empowerment. He continues to teach, inspire, and bridge cultures through the universal language of martial arts, committed to shaping the next generation of learners and leaders.
